You are eligible for a return and full refund if:

  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • You initiate the return within 30 days of your order being delivered by the courier.

To ensure a smooth return, please return the item in its original condition, along with any included accessories and original packaging where possible.

2. How Our Return Process Works (3 Simple Steps)

We take care of the entire return process so you don't have to worry about drop-off points or booking couriers yourself:

Step 1: Request Your Return

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item (and a photo/video if the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Step 2: Doorstep Collection via Aramex

Once your return request is confirmed, we will arrange Aramex to collect the parcel directly from your home or office address. Simply package the item securely for pickup.

Step 3: Inspection & Immediate Refund

Once Aramex delivers the parcel back to our facility, our team will complete a quick inspection. Upon verification, we will issue your full refund back to your original payment method (or via Instant EFT/credit) within 24-48 hours.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives with missing pieces, damage from transit, or an incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Send a quick photo or video showing the issue to SculptHers@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
  • We will immediately dispatch a replacement or arrange an immediate Aramex collection for a full refund at zero cost to you.
