1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: We deliver door-to-door across South Africa within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

If 30 days have not passed since you received your order, you are eligible for a full return and refund if:

3. How the Return Process Works (3 Simple Steps)

We make returns completely hassle-free by managing the courier collection for you:

Step 1: Request Your Return

Send an email to SculptHers@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return (along with a quick photo/video if the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Step 2: We Arrange Aramex Collection

Once your return is approved, you don't have to worry about dropping off parcels. We will book Aramex to come directly to your home or office address to collect the item. Simply package the item securely for the courier.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Issue

Once Aramex delivers the package back to our location, our team will do a quick inspection to check the item. Upon verification, we will immediately issue your full refund via your original payment method (or via Instant EFT/credit) within 24 -48 hours.

4. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • The item should be returned in its original condition, including any accessories, attachments, and original packaging where possible.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date recorded by the courier.
